As a woman-owned, small business based in Boston, Massachusetts, EGD Consulting focuses on helping growing companies establish or overhaul their sales processes, bridge the gap of sales leadership, and forge alignment across their go-to-market functions in order to scale. Most often, clients start looking for a single solution to many challenges (such as: we need to hire someone but still have a major gap to fill now; we don't have the resources to get these projects started/completed; we're working in perpetual siloes causing tension between sales/marketing/product).

Building out the right team, processes, technology, and strategy to scale a growing business is time consuming. Bringing in a whole team of professionals to execute in those areas is also a significant investment. This is where Founder Erin Dion's versatility & expertise has proven to be a match for clients to drive cohesion across existing teams, jumpstart their strategy, and build momentum on projects for a strong foundation on which to build.

Erin also finds immense fulfillment in mentoring those who are exploring the realms of Sales Management, Sales Enablement, and other roles within a Revenue organization. Having found her way through various operating roles in sales & GTM, passing on the tribal knowledge to up-and-coming professionals is a passion worth pursuing for her.
